Court Throws Out CBS Penalty for Super Bowl "Wardrobe Malfunction"

In 2004, when singer Janet Jackson's now notorious "wardrobe malfunction" aired on CBS during the Super Bowl halftime show, the network filed an appeal in response to the FCC's $550,000 penalty. This past Monday, a federal appeals court tossed out the fine. The Parents Television Council has condemned this ruling and is asking supporters to take action.
