Canadian Province Toughens Rules for Video Game Retailers

Courtesy Rockstar Games The Canadian province of New Brunswick will soon introduce legislation intended to protect its youth from video game violence.  Retailers wishing to sell video games must obtain a license, which will allow the government to regulate the sale of video games to minors. Those caught selling inappropriate (as classified by the ESRB) games to minors could possibly lose their licenses. New Brunswick’s Times & Transcript  reports on the new rules.
